There will be five meals.  We need to assign families to prepare the meal and families to clean up afterwards.
Susan & David will be contacting you and your team to let you know what needs to be done.

Digital Scavenger Hunt

The Saturday Activity will be a Digital Scavenger Hunt.  It is open to anyone 11 and older.  There will be teams of two.  Please send an email to susan.dewey@gmail.com to advise Susan of your team member/partner.  Please try to connect with someone from another family if possible.  If you are in this age category and do not select a partner, you will be assigned one. :) Don't get stuck with Grover. 

On Friday evening each team will be given a list of items to photograph.  On Saturday afternoon you will submit your photos to be judged.  Please bring your creativity and your competitive spirit to this activity.

You will also need to bring a digital camera so we can download your photos from the camera to a laptop for judging. If you have a cable to connect your camera to the computer directly, please bring it.  Saturday night we will show them on a tv or screen to show everyone your entries.

PRIZES will be awarded on Saturday night in the following categories:
      Most Creative
      Most Original
      Most Adorable
      Best of Category
      Grand Prize

Check In Times

Check in at Bear Lake Adventures is NOON on Friday and Check Out is at 4:00 on Sunday.

Sleeping Arrangments

The long awaited information concerning sleeping arrangements is now available:


Please keep in mind the beds have only mattress protectors on them.  Please let me know if you have sheets or need me to round some up.   I have some twins sets, but no full sets.

Bunkhouse 
It has three full size beds but no bathroom facilities inside - you will have to use the restrooms attached to the pavilion -

Loft
Upstairs in the house, it has two full size beds, bathroom is on the main floor.

There is one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds; two twin beds in another area, and a bathroom (shower, no tub) in the basement.

Treasure Map

Those under 14 are invited to participate in the Chatterton Treasure Hunt Saturday morning.  You will start at the cabin and follow the clues, gathering exciting treasures are all along the way!
